Bucks still with last yrs antlers

My daughter saw a deer get hit by a car Monday evening While checking on the hit deer (driver didn’t stop) she spotted 3 more deer coming to the rd One was a nice buck , at least 8 pt He left before she could get a pic My friend also saw a half rack 4pt while Turkey hunting last week about 2 miles from where my daughters saw the buck Really late for last yrs antlers to still be hanging on , I would think new antlers should be starting to grow Latest I’ve ever seen is late March This is North Eastern Brown Co

Seems quite late to me. Warden is coming over tomorrow to bring my award for 40 years of teaching hunter safety, I will ask him about his thoughts about multiple bucks with antlers this late.

Checked a trail cam today and got a partial pic of the buck I think my friend saw Right side of screen

On my way to work today I seen a nice buck with about 5 inches of new growth that was hit and killed.
