Great job Moons! It was a beautiful morning to be out there. I did not get a bird but I sure had some fun. At 6 am I'm sitting in my blind and all of a sudden this hawk streaks down and wacks my dek knocking it sideways and was gone in the blink of an eye. That has never happened to me before it was a very cool experience! An hour later I had 3-jaks that came in and hung around my deks for a long time and then fed away. So i'm sitting there thinking what a morning when my buddy Jimbo calls and says he hears gobbling behind him. He is sitting the same field as me 200 yds on the other end. I glass down that end and the next think I see are mature toms at his deks and all of a sudden all I see are feathers flying everywhere and a flopping tom! He made a perfect shot with his bow. A beauty of a tom with very long meat hooks! For sure one of my better days in the turkey woods.
