Last minute Tom! Got it Saturday at the farm I hunt. Heard a bunch gobbling in the trees on the other side of the adjacent property. Took a while to call him over, but when he committed, there was no stopping him, especially once he saw the decoys! Not a huge bird. 18 pound, 3/4" spurs, 9" beard. I am happy to have had a good hunt, as it was a really tough season - no gobbling in my typical spots, and I had had many days of utter silence to greet me.

He was pumped lol hasn’t killed anything in a few years. Deerdawg he’s healthy as a hoss it was my mom that had the health issues but those have been resolved. Bring on deer season boys. I’d skip right over the summer if it was an option
