Question for the the saltwater guys. Has anyone seen flint nodules along the shore? They were often used as ship ballast and dumped when arriving in port. Appreciate any leads. Thanks, Tekoa

Thanks, Another picture for size perspective. If you think you found one give it a whack. If flint, it will break sharp and clean and be black inside. Slight chance of brown flint.

I mightve seen it but probably assumed its just a mussel cluster..at night everything looks the same..interesting
