Are there any Traditional Archery shoots in WV? Specifically North Central WV

I shoot traditional and I don't know of one trad shoot any more in WV. A few clubs used to host them but I don't see any mentioned now.

Not in north-central, but the IBO 2019 Traditional World Championship will be held July 19-21, 2019, at Pipestem Resort State Park.
This is a fabulous weekend and you don't need to be a member of the IBO to shoot or attend.

I doubt the moderators would consider the "advertising" of bow shoots and bowhuntiing banquets as soliciting business (commerce).

Might not consider it but it is. Why did they erase the lease thread? I could care less myself . And you are right. Over on the leatherwall it is allowed. Probably just don't want private orgs making money like leases.
