We New Yorkers aren't a very talkative group so I thought I'd throw something out. Saw some fawn tracks in the garden yesterday, anyone else seeing sign?

Yup they are starting to drop the last week. I had a doe and twins in the yard this morning. They looked about a week old. I have lots of coyotes on my new property and I am gonna make a dent in them this year for sure! Shawn

Doubled on that day with a friend, tagging out. Made for some cool pictures just as a storm was rolling in...Typical day for our NY spring!

I had a doe drop a fawn in my back yard. I came out the back door and she was in the tall brush and walked away a short distance Always looking at me. I walked over to where she was and there was a fawn in the tall grass. She was watching me like a hawk..I just walked away and left things as they were. I have a very deep gorge where she was. a deep drop of over 60 feet.

Nice thread, great pics... saddle, that is one of the coolest turkey pics I have seen... 2 turks , 2 silos and those clouds, nice job!

seen a few fawns the last couple days. Pulled the last of cams off my property as I most likely won't be hunting it this year at all after putting in for my Iowa tag

Woodsman,

Thanks, we were in Livingston. Great picture, I'm sure you both had a blast!

Scentman,

Thanks, can't take credit for the silo picture (which appears lower quality when posted here?)... I dragged my gf out of the house to snap some for us, and she did alright!! Even though they are gun kills it was a day that I wont soon forget.
