A30

Hi all new here. I drew A30 this year and am pretty excited. Just wanted to see how many other CA hunters are in here.

Never drawn A 30 (I've tried every year), but hunt the same B zone each year. Probably a whole different hunt later in the year. Let me know how it turns out. There are several private hunting clubs and the reservation near there that you need to be aware of.

Thanks for the reply. I generally hunt close to the east side of that area a good distance from Covelo. Same area we hunt during the normal B season. Thinking about using tree stands

Tree stands work during the normal season, but have to be near a seep or other water source. Probably not so effective once the rain/snow begins. Been seeing quite a few bears the last few years, generally near Mendocino pass and higher.
