Well..... No elk tag for me. No surprise...... And I just took a point for bear this year. The results of the drawings are posted.

Nada on the Elk...17 points. Bear was for points only this year, so I'm sitting on 8. Good luck to those who drew.

Bows the way....... Did you have 7 points going in to the drawing or do you have 7 points now going forward ??
So is the max now 17 for elk ?? I missed a few years.... and now have 13 going forward.
Two of my kids have 9 bear points going forward. They will have a good shot at a good tag when they decide they are ready.

The max is 17. No elk but I did draw Carney second hunt with three points. I have never missed applying for elk.

Yup, I went 0 for two also. Now I have 5 bear points, and 14 elk points.
It's gotta happen one of these years.
