Pretty cool, you'll be able to still kill one bird in the fall even if you get two birds in the spring!

Also: This change allows turkey hunters to harvest turkeys with archery equipment during the entire duration of the archery deer season (6–8 weeks depending on zone).

3 times in three years I watched birds walk 20yds in front of me a few days before the fall turkey season started. Not next year! Going to pin one to the ground from my tree stand.

Despite shooting 2 this season my spots haven’t had many toms at all so I think 1 is plenty next season for me.
