STA gator rules - question?

I am having a difficult time figuring out if we can hunt STA 5/6 on Sunday. Our permit says yes, rules say weekends only in one place and Friday Saturday in another place???
Also I heard you cannot have a boat on trailer?
Calls to state are not helping.
