map apps?

I'd like an opinion on what maps (I-Phone app) work well in Unit 10 NM. Looking for a Map App that shows water holes, roads, sat view, etc... that tracks the phone using GPS so when there is no cell coverage I can still see where I am? I've been told that Avenza does not offer a map for NM unit 10 and I'm having trouble getting any info for the GAIA app. Anyone had success with other map Apps?

Pretty much any map apps will work like OnX Hunt, you just have to download the map area for where you are going to hunt to your phone, the best and fastest place to download is through a wifi connection, if you use your phone service to download it uses data and is slower but it still works. Once the map is downloaded you don't need service to see all the stuff on the map and you are good to go.

If you were a Droid user...
I agree, OnX amazed me with how well it worked all over the state last year, you have to know what to download before going is all.
