What zone is your tag in? I know of a couple of guys I can refer depending where you will be hunting. Also, bow or rifle? Which season?

Some outfitters in northern zones aquired crop damage permits. They then sell the permit to you.

The cabbage fields get hammered in Aroostook county.

Yes there are a few outfitter tags available. They are not cheap.

10 years is much better than average. I got drawn this year after 17 years in the lottery, many people are over 20 years and still waiting.

Moose meat is by far better than any Deer/elk. I've been fortunate to have tags for Vermont twice NH and ME.
