The firle pre-rut should be picking up soon. Males have broke from their bachelor groups.

Yup, the buffalo in North Dakota are in full rut, I personally witnessed that yesterday in Teddy Roosevelt park. Sure sign that the firle will rut very soon.

I put a firle in the ground 2 days ago was after my chickens, took 5 rounds from my Judge revolver. Just went out tonight to check the hole I buried him in and he was gone.... Claw marks coming from inside the hole. That's nuts!
