I was scouting a new spot and there where a ton of these. Do deer eat them? My guess is hickory nuts?

notme - I remember when I was dating this girl in high school and we were in the woods and one of those nuts hit me on the back of my head while I was,......well, it hit me on the back of my head, that's all. It hurt so hard that I couldn't finish doing what we were doing.

BBB, sure it wasn't the girl that hit you on the back of your head, because she didn't LIKE what you were doing?

Brian, not possible! She provided clear instructions and I'm a good listener.
