Mast for the year

Anyone know if acorns and/or beechnuts are having a mast year? Or any other plants that bear and deer like. I'm going scouting this weekend for some bear spots and in just trying to figure out where to focus.

I am seeing a fair amount of acorns on trees in the champlain valley. There are plenty of apples as well . I have a pic of a small bear climbing apple tree already

I've been scouting in Chittenden and Rutland counties and there is food all over the ground right now. Plenty of acorns and apples. Maybe too much.
