Does anybody know what type of plant either of these are? They might be the same for all I know. There a vine type of plant

I'll tell you what the deer are slamming this. I'm not sure if any of you have this in your area but if you do I'd scout it. I literally sat there and watched a deer eat this exact plant and the whole area is just shredded.

Got a ton of this plant in my area and the deer and other animals are going crazy for it. Some are just laying down in it, getting real layed back, and just acting cool. Any guesses as to what is?
