"An explosion of rats in Los Angeles (LA) has [led] to a surge in cases of typhus and could pave the way for a public health crisis. According to Reform California, there have been 124 confirmed cases of typhus in LA County this year [2019]. On top of the increase in typhus cases, experts fear the return of a disease that wiped out one-third of Europe in the 12th century, the bubonic plague..."
When bubonic plague ran rampant in the Dark Ages, it was called the "black death".
Is that racist?
Multiculti moonbat pandering has reached the last extreme of self-parody. British taxpayers are footing the bill. This is an actual headline from the BBC:
Na every woman dey ejaculate? Di qweshion wey make dem start Pussypedia, free online vagina encyclopaedia
The entire article, which features tasteless drawings of vaginas, is written in pidgin — i.e., an illiterate corruption of English. It isn’t a one-off; the BBC proudly announces that it now has an entire section written in pidgin so as to cater to Africans, currently featuring headlines like these:
Nigeria goment neva take plenti steps ontop di xenophobic attacks – Expert
Cameroon Bonakanda radio presenter don free from ‘separatists’ dia hand
“My son regret im action” – Abdulmutallab papa
That last one introduces us to the tear-jerker story of how the alleged oppression of Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab (a.k.a. the Underwear Bomber), who tried to blow up a flight from Amsterdam to Detroit on Christmas Day 10 years ago, has affected his family back in Africa.
Umaru Abdul Muttallab, businessman, banker and papa of Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, di underwear bomber wey dem sentence to life imprisonment for America afta im try to bomb one US airline don tell tori pipo how di family dey cope.
The story hilariously features a video in which Abdulmutallab’s father speaks comprehensible English, so the BBC has to put pidgin gibberish subtitles on the screen.
If anything could be more absurd, it would be the maudlin background music the BBC plays during lamentations over the terrorist’s plight.
This is not intended as a joke (in which case it would be vehemently denounced as racist), but as a devout genuflection before the altar of political correctness. The moonbats at Wired love it:
BBC Pidgin is a significant breakthrough for language diversity online – and a reminder that the internet must move beyond the English language as more people come online.
Abandoning a lingua franca that lets us all communicate in favor of an incoherent Tower of Babel is good because it advances the decline of the English language, a goal of Cultural Marxism. It also helps moonbats celebrate Europe’s future as an extension of Africa (see here, here, here, here, here, and here). (The links to these can be found at original link--jack)
