I know this is probably wishful thinking but here goes. Me, my 11 year old son , my buddy and his 11 year old son are looking for a lease. Us two adults would bowhunt , then do gun hunting with the kids. Will pay cash.

Also, WI has lots of public land all over the place. One advantage to public land is that if your spot has no activity, you can move to another spot. Once your lease has no activity your stuck.

X2 ^^^^^ there are always ads up on Craigslist, you should have no trouble finding a spot with kids. I will keep my ears open and let you know
