Wondering if anyone knows what kind of snake this is? For reference it was about 18-24 inches long (didn't measure) and about as round as a pinky finger. Found this dead a few years ago after we had a logging done. Central WI

Cool looking snake. Snakes are one thing I’ll definitely have to get used to when I move down south. Not looking forward to that part. I don’t think I’m afraid of them but I’ve also never had one slither down my neck while hunting either.

Cannot see the color well but my vote is a racer of some type, blue, green, or a variant. Any experts here?

Green Snake. Probably discolored some from being dead.

Thanks for the help guys. It was a really cool looking snake and I've never seen one like it. Might not ever again either
