You can get Private Messages via Bowsite and find them under the My Bowsite tab. They’ll remain there for about 30 days and then disappear. Copy and save any that you don’t want lost.
You’ll only get emails if you’ve given someone your email address.

If you get a PM you will also get a notification when you get on the site again.

So far I have 2 notifications (red number subscript after MY BOWSITE ) But when I go there no linkie for email anything. I need someone to cut and paste here what the link looks like to an email they have and I can hack to mine maybe.

you can also click on 'MY BOWSITE' on the top of the screen.
