Got this guy on second day, 6:30am. Came in to cow calls. 25 yards. G5 Striker 100 gr. That's 7 bulls in 7 yrs in a row with that broadhead. 6 pass throughs. Guiding rest of month and lots of bull action last week. Even stalked by a lion last week for 20 minutes! Definitely a first for me in all my years of elk hunting!! Will post a pic of the bull and the lion. Seldom post on this forum cuz its unbelievably unused. I know theres lots of bow hunters in Minnesota tho. I happen to live north of Grand Rapids. Good luck this Fall to all of you.

Nice bull who cares! Congrats! I was in the black hills last week and didn’t see any lions but I was watching over my back constantly. The three properties we hunted all had recent encounters with them. Good job way to get it done!!

For those few of us that utilize this site we appreciate the pics.!!!
I recall a news story about a month ago of mountain lion in the Twin Cities again.
Last time that happened he traveled all the way to CT til he was hit by a car. I hope this one has better luck, doesn't have a conflict with a human, but likely inevitable..
