EHD in SE MN

EHD rears its ugly head in SE MN. We found one on our land today near water that just died in the last day. Neighbors found another a bit older today as well. Keep your eyes watching and noses smelling this weekend when you’re out.

I wonder how many more dead ones are out there that we don’t know about.

If you find any, add it to this thread so we can see how widespread it is.

There was an outbreak north of St. Cloud this year as well. Several dozen deer I guess.

We need a good frost to get rid of the bugs but nothing coming anytime soon.
