So?, what is everyone having for dinner tonight? ? We are smoking 2 full slabs of pork spare ribs glazed in raspberry preserves and 4 chickens halves too. I wanted to smoke a beaver, along with the ribs, but my wife vetoed that idea by exclaiming “There will not be a beaver on MY table for Christmas” (hence the reason I’m doing the chicke?ns). Guess I’ll have to do the beaver later this week or next. Pictures to come of tonight’s dinner as the smoking process progresses.

The raspberry preserve glaze made these the best ribs I have ever had. Didn’t want to over “rasp” dinner by putting it on the chicken, but now I wish I had and will do it next time.

We went up to Jackson to be with Carrie and her family, then back to spend the evening with Smith. Made his request: sausage gravy and biscuits...not in the same gourmet mode as you, but experimented with my Foodi and it was pretty good...and quick and easy.
