Going to give it another go this weekend. Anyone else going to hunt? You can hunt with a longbow,recurve or flintlock.

It is tough right now, no cover and those big old does pick you out like radar. Saw 6 this morning, no shot.

They sure are jumpy, had one duck my arrow. Haven't had that happen for years.

My son carried a ML yesterday and seen 4 bucks, only one had antlers, a small 6. He was after a particular buck... may have shed early. I’ll carry the recurve this evening/tomorrow. Good luck!

Had a good last day (for me) yesterday, but no shots. Seen 3 bucks including the nice 8 I was after. All still had their antlers. My grandson-in-law missed a doe. Now my mind is on Florida pigs!
