Otc javelina in January

Can a non resident hunt javelina otc archery in January in unit 37a or 37b. I have studied the regulations and believe it to be true, but I would like some help in interpreting the rules. Thanks for any help.

Both units you listed are draw only.
OTC tags are only valid in: 1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 3A, 3B, 3C, 4A, 4B, 5A, 5B, 7, 9, 11M, 25M, 26M, and 38M

Thank you. We are planning a trip for deer in 2021. I figured that having a javelina tag would add to the adventure. I will get my brain in gear and put in for the draw.

AZ8 is correct. However, the units you are interested in are very easy to draw and usually even have leftover tags available after the drawing.
