I’ve found a couple without really trying, which is unusual for me. I’ll post pics tomorrow.

I'd agree, it's a bit early to look too hard...but I pulled 7 camera cards today and had 5-6 bucks that have already dropped one side.
Found this shed yesterday afternoon, and this dead-head today. I know the shed is from last year and I think the head may be as well...never saw this'n on the property but that doesn't mean much.
Damn shame, great symmetrical 10pt.

Pulled cards this weekend too. Only one buck that had shed so far. Not going to traipse around yet, but I do have the urge.

Top pic was from Christmas Day. Both were found while checking cameras. And both were also found in the same clover plot on our farm.

Here’s a look at the buck that dropped the second shed, perhaps just minutes before.

My sister picked up a drop from a 10 point in her yard within 10 yards of her house. She told me that there 13 deer within 30 yards of her house last week. She lives on 10 acres just outside town and sees deer on her property on a regular basis.

I can answer for him, they are left antlers... same deer back to back years. A strange thing for me, but depending on the year it's usually like 8 out of 10 will be from the same side. It's weird!

Hmmm, due to earths rotation and centrifugal force (an apparent force that acts outward on a body moving around a center, arising from the body's inertia). Same reason railroad company's have to replace one side of tracks more often than the other.

Cat is correct, the right side is posted above. We’ve found 5 sheds in one plot the last month and a half; before this year I’d never found a shed in a plot. I guess it must have something to do with that awnless wheat, huh Cat? :)
From: Catscratch

Yep, got to be the awnless! Lol, or it's that you and your family are doing great things with your place over there.

Hunted the Cimarron on the state line the last few days and saw a lot of deer. This herd had 14 although I could only pick up a few with my camera at 1 mile. 3 of the bucks looked to be big and were still carrying both sides.

The back right set of the laid out picture is off this buck. The one on the top left of the truck pic with the kickers is significantly larger than the set. We usually take better photos but were wore out and short on time.

Not a she’d, but my brother was working food plots on my land in western Ks this week. He found a monster 10 point, lots of mass, just over 20” spread. He said the coyotes had cleaned it up and drug off some of the bones. Hard to say what caused the death. I’m always suspecting poachers, but again, who knows.

Dale06 I still hunt Sw of Thelma's but man are there a lot of poachers out there. From Terry Blakelys place south to Bob's then over to the old home stead you use to be able to see 140 deer between Muleys and Whitetail. After the oil boom those numbers went down to about ten or so. Good luck everyone. Boy is chasing buckets and not bone.

Seen a really nice 8pt still carrying both sides and a couple small bucks with one side still hanging on. I have an idea on who might of thrown out the corn and there was a mineral block there also. But that person usually is good about picking stuff up. In a really weird place as well...oh well.

Good lord Roger, you know me...have for over 20yrs now. You know exactly where we are in that picture, and it's on ground I have permission to hunt. I've hunted that ground for around 10yrs and the other piece since I could walk, I only hunt where I have permission. I'm sorry you feel like you have to bait deer to kill deer, but it's just not true bud. Not sure why you didn't bring any of this up when we talked in person a couple weeks ago, or why you are acting this way? Life's short bud, have fun and enjoy it!

I wondered the same? It's pretty light colored and has a few chews on it but the base seemed "fresh". The strange part is that it was in the open within 30 yards of a stand we used often. I'm 99.9% sure we'd have spotted it before? That is unless some other critter carried it there which could be.
