What a fun night! The food was delicious, and the conversation with my fellow brothers of the bow was great. I wish I had more time to talk with everyone. The raffles were awesome too and everybody won some really nice gear. A huge thanks go out to Shawn for all of his hard work and everyone that helped make tonight such a success. Thanks to Steve and Silverado for donating that great deer hauler. That's a really solid and well made cart. Thanks everybody! Burrrpppp.....

Good times! Thank you Shawn and Longbeard for putting it together. Great raffle! Found out that bb is an extreme elk hunter. Liked hearing his stories. Good hanging out with Buckndoe and meeting bowhunting legends... Steve and Silverado. And Tall 1 lives up to his name ... 6-10. Need higher ceilings there. Nice job rallying the troops, Ace. It’s too bad it was so cramped ... hard to talk to everyone. Next year! Over at 8:30? I thought we’d be slamming shots. You guys are getting old! At least the waitress provided some eye candy. Lol.

Can't say enough about Shawn, the group, or the event. Only thing missing was Pat and maybe some of his sponsors gear for our raffle. I brought 3 new guys and they all really enjoyed themselves. Some interesting information regarding our new lobbyist, I hope we hear more! Hope to see more of these gatherings.

As great as the dinner was this year because of renewed friendships, comraderie and great conversation and also a few new faces. Not to mention very tasty food!! But there are always those old friends that couldn’t make it This year, that were missed. Hope to see Kyle, Bob and John again in the future. I hope I didn’t forget anybody.

Kyle,
Sorry to hear you were waylaid by some kind of bug; hope you're fully recovered! I think a summer get together would be great and I know a lot of state parks have spaces available for cooking out; just tossing this out as an idea, open to all suggestions!

Mike we’ve had this discussion/suggestion before. I think Ace had a specific place in mind. If I remember correctly there was a good deal of interest but somehow it died on the vine. I’m in and will help out with whatever needs to be done to move it along.
