Anybody else hear about DNR biologists contracting TB from infected deer?

There was 5 of them that have contacted it. They all worked at the lab in Lansing.

I don’t see how they could have contracted it, what with a pandemic requiring masks and all the PPE a lab required. Interested to hear how this happened....

Now that I find the news article it makes more sense...caught summer of 19 it appears. That’s a whole different time & conditions than I had been thinking.
