I was out at the Glades today and saw nothing. Wondering when the activity starts to pick up? It hasn't been real warn around here yet.

The glades? Hi neighbor. I'm just a minute or two from there.
Generally this weekend, Memorial Day weekend, is a good time to start checking on them. Hot, clear, sunny days really seem to fire them up. Should be soon.

Supposed to be hot mid week, 87 degrees on Tuesday, but cool down again later in the week and stay in the low 70's for a while. That might shut them down. Tuesday and Wednesday might he worth a try.

Hi Jeff and thanks! I'm about a half hour away from there in southern Venango. I live along the river but I've always had better luck getting close down there.

I'm in North Washington. Moved here 6 years ago. I've hunted the glades, but not for carp yet, I usually hunt them at Moraine, just because I'm more familiar with that area. I'll check on them and let you know if I see any activity.

Much appreciated! You are right there. I'm up in Emlenton, if you're familiar with that area. A few more days like this might get them going.

Lots of people and boats on the river in East Brady and West Monterey this weekend.
