Got it on cam 8-9. Called the warden with the tag number. It was born 2018 in black River falls. Warden called me back said 6 days later it was spotted 15 miles north. Cool stuff

Nice, but I highly doubt that bull was born in 2018.

Pretty unlikely indeed. Generally they will be a softhorn spike, then a small hardhorn spike or fork.

Got the tag number in my 20 picture sequence. Warden called the elk people. He told me it was born in 2018, just telling what I was told.

born 2018 no antler growth, 2019 most bulls will be spikes some areas they put out forks at the top. 2020 would be the raghorn phase, a beam with points, that is a darn good looking raghorn. finally some trophy potential because the Clam Lake herd sure has been a disappointment considering the age class of bulls..

Pretty sure this is the same bull. All I can make out is the last 3 on the tag. I spoke with my warden and the last he heard it was heading south through Marquette county. Also saw in outdoor news of a bull in Theresa marsh
