Frederick Watershed

If anybody is around....anybody ever hunt the Fred Shed or green briar state park? Ive hunted catoctin some but that initial hike is a bear for early season temps. If u’ve hunted the other areas, is it best to hike as far from a road as possible or is the pressure during archery a lil lighter? I usually hunt green ridge state forest but due to fam obligations, gotta stay closer to home this weekend. Thanks in advance, PM me if u feel more comfy chattin that way.
