Unit 19 Elk

Cruising through the proclamation and I noticed unit 19 has a elk hunt in January. I’m assuming south east of the rock shop. Just curious has anyone ever hunted this hunt. I’m sure it’s extremely tough and very low elk population but IMO any hunts on range are fun hunts. Would love to hear about it.
