Well a pack of coyotes thought they would come down a trail by my stand, in single file tonight. Didn't work out so good for them, BUT....very good for me....8^)
So I got to break in my new Mathews VXR, which is super quit, so the trailing coyotes didn't hear anything. My Spitfire Maxx's flew perfectly & just destroyed their chest cavities. No tracking needed.
3 shots, 3 kills
The only bad part tonight, one more coyote got away, because he wouldn't stop to give me a shot....8^(
But I will settle for killing 3 out of 4 cat killers, anyday....8^)

Congrats! That's going to be hard to repeat. Are you considering doing something with the hides or skulls. Maybe some sort of a plaque with 3 skulls and a photo of you. Would be cool to look at and remember the story some years down the line.
