Hi can anyone point me to a website that works like onx but with free public data? Massachusetts has the Oliver arcgis tool which is free. I can’t find a free one for New York?

Most if not all counties have websites with the GIS data that includes property lines.
I normally search for something like “Oswego County Tax Maps”.
