I don't know if other clubs are allowing shooters on Saturday, but my 'home' club (Swift River) will be doing 'regular' morning registration hours Saturday and Sunday for our two shoots.
And, yes, our July date coincides with the Rinehart 100 at Hamilton. Skip the crowds, or shoot 50 one day and 30 the other ;-)

I've read some good reviews of Uxbridge the past few seasons, hoping to hit it later this year. I remember those T-BONE shoots, too. Good times.

Uxbridge is my club and we just laid out the course last weekend. Its about a 5 mile walk and a really good set up to shoot. We have I believe, 5 or 6 more Rhinehart targets on order, to replace a few of the older targets. Ill be there rain or shine this Sunday. Enjoy

Lol its not that bad. The back half is shorter than the front. Listen my ten year old takes a little pushing to finish it sometimes but its not too bad. Theres very rarely any waiting or back up

Just curious, has anyone walked it with a gps going?
Someone did just that on our course several years ago, worked out to be about a mile for each loop of 15. (I actually had no idea.) We've made a few changes and it's probably a bit longer now.

Show up a bit early, warm up at the practice butts, and ask if you can join in with a group of more experienced shooters. I've made some great friends that way. Wear good hikers, bring a water bottle. Be prepared to laugh a lot.

My best memory of Singletary was, I shot there in the fall and when I stepped out of the truck it was on a carpet of white oak acorns. HUGE tree, loaded. If I found one like that in the woods I'd paint myself blue and worship that sucker ;-)

Mostly not, but contact the particular club you're interested in shooting at. (ASA shoots have a class for x-bows. I think IBO as well.)
