Of the 12-15 person committee, only 3 or 4 might be open to the "general public" ,as all other slots will be filled by "other specific groups". What is interesting is that there is no slot for a anti wolf representative. Well, not really a surprise.

The CPW Director, in consultation with the Commission, will approve appointments to the SAG following an application and review process coordinated by CPW. Upon completion of the Plan, the SAG will be disbanded. CPW will seek a diverse and inclusive membership that is balanced among interest areas. The size of the SAG is anticipated to be 12-16 members. Member representation may include: • Academics/cooperative extension • Conservationists • General citizens • Livestock producers • Local/county government elected officials • Recreationists • Sportspersons • Southern Ute Indian Tribe • Ute Mountain Ute Tribe • Wolf advocates • The Executive Director of DNR, or their designee; as ex-officio/non-voting • The Director of CPW, or their designee; as ex-officio/non-voting • Commissioner of Agriculture, or their designee; as ex-officio/non-voting

The "First Gentleman" is advertising for candidates for the position of "Wolf Public Outreach Coordinator" (or something like that) on his FB page, on which almost all his followers are anti-hunting, pro wolf. Since he nominates candidates for the Commission, presumably he will have a strong hand in this nomination too.

We are so screwed.

Jaquomo us being screwed is the understatement of the century. What amazes me the most is how spineless CPW is and continually bend over to these wolf groups and their agenda.

Actually CPW has always stood up against the wolf groups. Which is why the wolf groups put it on the ballot and raised all that money for the campaign.
