Cooked up a roast today. Ran it through the slicer. Shaved steak venison grinders tonight.

Sorry BBB, my bad. It's gone. That one was a roast (obviously). I seasoned it up. Googled cook time. Pulled it out (at 140 degrees). Ran it through the slicer. Made some steak and cheeses. Working on a processing area. Only took 30 years.

Lol... correct. My wife showed me a Pinterest recipe for root beer bbq pulled venison. Gonna try that one next time.
