Bowfishing Wilson springs ponds

Hi there in new to this forum and I have a question, I was wondering if anyone in the Nampa area if you can bowfish for carp at Wilson springs ponds?

I'm almost sure there is a sign at the entrance to that place that says, "No Archery".
