It's done, shredded and put down into the belly. It was easy to make and delicious. I like better than pulled pork. Not as greasy.... obviously. I'll get the recipe and directions up soon.

One venison roast. Pour 1 bottle of bbq sauce, 1 red onion diced, 1 pkg beef oinon soup mix. I used oinon soup and a beef bouillon cube instead. Pour a bottle of root beer over it. Coat evenly on all sides. Cook on low for 7 hrs. Take out and shred. Put 1 tablespoon of corn starch and mix with the sauce. Place shredded meat back into sauce for 15 minutes. Bang

I made root beer jerky once and it had a nice flavor.
