The words out that I could use new hunting partner . Several have applied. This gal stopped by & wants the job . She said she cooks , cleans ,never misses a shot, loves football , & guts a Deer like a surgeon .
I told her I would think about it . I don't care for her haircut or the way she draws back her bow. Am I over reacting ?

No nocturnal this is it. After the Trump years. The paying off porn stars. The belittling of disabled people. The locking up of 5 year olds at the border. The ban on Muslim travel. The incessant lies. The name calling of minorities. The Chy-na virus saying. The demeaning of women. The murder of George Floyd. All this caused me to take Inventory of myself and my views. I found myself guilty as hell of racist thoughts and jokes and white supremacy thoughts. I had views similar or equal to some of you and the posts. The trans and gay stuff all of it. But you know what. It's wrong. I feel ashamed for it now. I'd like to apologize to every person man or woman, or every ethnic group i made fun of or demeaned or joked about over the years. Thank you Donald. You forced my mind and eyes open. I'm more accepting. I'm more open minded. I'm more interested. I'm more ready to stand up. I'm more forgiving. Donald Trump made me a better person cause it pulled the curtain back. It made me confront the status quo. It made me evaluate things that I took as normal discrimination and just shrugged it off. I was wrong. I made mistakes. I had a closed mind. I feel better about myself now. More peace in my life. I don't automatically think the worse when I see or pass a person of color or of a ethnic background. I think I'm a better person. I think I'm a better member of the world community. I think I can help more now. Thank you Donald. You forced me and I came out the other side a stronger and better person and I'm way proud of that change in myself.
