Yes! Finally the state squeezed out enough funds for 21st century hunting/fishing license software. No more living in the 1990's! Was a long time coming. Albeit a copy of the Wisconsin system, that's fine. Theirs' has been pretty convenient & dependable. First test was purchasing a habitat stamp, which went smoothly. Only negative so far was a $4 fee to buy a $5.50 product. But no surprise there, it is Illinois.
