Caught a number of deer attracted to a stump that I had a mineral block on, they were licking the stump and bumping each over to get a better position, saw this over several days. Put another block out, they appear to be craving the minerals now.

Mineral cravings by deer spike in the spring and early summer. They are not desired during the fall and winter.

I just put my minerals out in PA and OH and will start a lick shortly in zone 11. Put a camera on it in summer to get an idea of what bucks are in your area. Bucks crave the minerals even more than does during spring/summer.
