No, we didn’t catch up with him . Had an awesome experience. Saw 5-6 Brown bear a day. Some sows with Cubs, some small boar, some rubbed big boars. I missed what should have been a relatively easy shot on a good boar with good hair. I thought it was a dead bear. We spent 2 hours looking for any sign of a hit but found nothing. It was an awesome adventure, saw brown bear, black bear, mountain goats, whales, sea lions, seals, and bald eagles everywhere. Everything I thought it would be and more
