Jethro I'm sure there wasn't much thought to the process and it was simply pushed out to the entire NMDGF announcement email list. It was driven by our dictator, er governor, so really...I'm sure there wasn't much thought put to it...LOL

The Vax 2 the Max promotion does actually say they are giving away hunting and fishing licenses, but as far as I've seen they haven't specified for what.
