My buddy and his son and I all have elk pref points built up in WY and next year he wants to cash in and draw.

You can go in at Arlington along I-80, good road but washboarded. The major roads are good gravel but can get really rough with wash boards. Smaller side roads can be iffy and narrow. We go in from the north when we hunt it, but from the Saratoga side is ok usually. Long way down from 130 up top and some years more hunters up that way too.
