Had an awesome encounter this morning with buck in 3S from the ground (no blind). He came in to 20 yards but in heavy stuff. Didn't want to risk the shot and he never stepped into an opening. Super dark rack in person, just an awesome buck.

My dad killed the wide 7pt in 3N today. 3 straight day dark to dark on the ground, no blind. With xbow. so I won't post pic

The aforementioned 7pt my dad killed with xbow came back from deerage.com at 4.5 years old. We figured 3.5 or better.
