All draw next year?

I saw an RMEF article indicating Utah may go to an "all draw" elk system this next year.. anyone have any additional info about this?

Still OTC for Elk in Utah, public outcry must have made DWR rethink this one.

They need to fix the OTC on-line server so when ya go to get your OTC elk tag it doesn't take 3 hours!!

Did I read that right, that in 2023 they are Combining the two deer point pools (Preference & Bonus) into 1 pool of Bonus points to apply?
Makes sense so that was my concern! haha
