Not much of a moon guy either. Helps getting to the stand in the dark if it isn't cloudy is all. Unless I wait for it to crest in the east like numb nuts says or maybe when it passes Virgo and is in the house of Sagittarius or some nutty thing.

This time of year anything can happen but weather will trump what most believe about full moons. I believe morning and mid morning to be more active on what we consider normal weather full moon days. Pay more attention to dark moons, overhead, underfoot, and late moons overhead in the mid mornings.

It's not about tagging out numb nuts. It's about not tagging out. That's a concept you are clueless about.

Yes the waxing gibbous, catch that when it’s rising in the east and game on.

I’m still in the woods, no difference except I completed my task, and still enjoying November.

Too funny BigEight. Very well played! The violator is also a pathological liar. I was told this by a "local friend."

Reminds of the story when living in the Warrens area for 21 yrs, a bricklayer gent I know was telling me he doesn't come in until about 9pm and his neighbor goes out at 9pm on a full moon, shows the mind set of some of the people I lived around with; woke up a few times between 1-3am with gun shots also. Being an outsider that moved in it is all relative so had to use great discretion.

I've hit three deer with my car in recent memory, and all were within a couple hours after dark of a full moon or near full moon. Granted, I've also driven many times during a full moon and seen no deer.

In Sept. I was camping in my tent out on the Chequamegon photographing elk during the day. Full moon, clear night I heard someone walk past my tent late at night. Maybe thirty minutes later I heard a shot. Then later, another person walked past my tent. I didn't feel real comfortable.
