Any of you guys going with a bang stick tomorrow? My son and I always do. He'll be using his .270, I'll be using my wife's 20ga single shot for a little challenge.

Took my oldest out during youth season. Nothing. Plan on taking a hike Saturday if I don't get any pics on my cameras when I check them Friday. Good luck!

I thought about it but it’s not worth the extra $20 that the state is gonna rape me for. And that’s if I only hunt state land. The deer just aren’t moving enough for me to spend the extra cash.

I will be bringing my dad’s 30-06. Nothing fancy, but sentimental. Kind of hoping I don’t have a shot because the thing kicks like a mule and also because ammo is so hard to cone by these days…

Nothing for me this morning. My son is still out there. Pack of coyotes started yipping and howling at 7am. Sounded like they were between my son and me. He texted and said they were just out of range, so I'll see what he meant.
He just pulled in....

My son was pulling his gun up when the coyotes were howling and getting close. He didn't get it all the way up when five dogs ran by. No shot. He also seen a grey fox.

Got 9 point this am - 270 at 40 yds. Good season 1 with bow and 1 with gun- season over for me.

Slow morning for me. Sat from 5:45-1:00 in Lebanon. Saw 1 unidentified deer at 11. Very quiet, maybe heard 5 distant shots.
