Pork fat - Ft. Collins

Anyone have any leads on where I might find some pork fat in or around Ft. Collins? I've tried Sprouts, King Soopers & Beavers Market, and they're all out. Local butcher shop is closed till Tuesday and I was hoping to put my boys to work making sausage over the weekend. I probably should have planned a little better... Thanks.

Google came up with Friendly Nicks and Choice city. No experience with either.

Well not exactly the same, but I just use a Pork Butt, it has a ton of fat and when mixed with say twice as much game meat by weight or even three times, you get a nice meat to fat ratio

Thanks fellas. Oldgoat, that's exactly what I ended up doing (and what I typically do). I just feel like if you're not adding sufficient fat to your sausage, is it really still sausage? Kinda like turkey "bacon"...
Anyway got round one of sausage making wrapped up. 25# hot Italian, 25# brats & 25# summer sausage. Should keep those teenage food-holes satiated for at least two weeks. Next weekend is venison bacon.
